Chicken with Mushroom and Green Beans





Ingredients:
2 Chicken Breast
Green beans
8 oz Mushroom
2 Roma tomatoes
1/4 cup Italian dressing
2 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
2 tablespoon Marsala cooking wine
1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
italian seasoning
Salt
Pepper

1. Heat oil. Saute mushroom and green beans. Remove and set aside.

2. Cut the chicken breast into 3 parts. On the same pan, cook the chicken breast. Sprinkle salt pepper and italian seasonng. Remove and set aside.

3. Add in Italian dressing, maple syrup, marsala cooking wine, rice vinegar. Stir for couple minutes.

4. Add the green beans mushroom and chicken into the pan with italian dressing mixture and add tomatoes. Stir to coat everything with the sauce. Serve

Coconut Oil

Ingredients:

 Zucchini
Chicken (cut in small pieces)
1 carrot, chooped
1 Onion, chooped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tomato sauce
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, more or less as desired
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp basil
Cheese


Instruction:

Preheat Oven to 375 F.

Clean & cut zucchinis  in half.

Using spoon, scoop out the center (not too thin).

Place zucchini on a baking sheet and place in the oven for  10 minutes.

In a large pan cook onion and garlic (you can use oil).

Add in meat and cook until brown.

Add celery and carrots; cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are soft.

Add tomato sauce, garlic powder, red pepper, cayenne, basil and pepper, mix well to combine. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

Remove zucchini from the oven and spoon mixture into each boat.

Cover each boat with cheese and place back into the oven for 15 minutes.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mashed bananas/carrots


Direction:

In a bowl, combine oats and water, set aside.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt

In large bowl, beat egg lightly. Stir in the milk butter and vanilla. Add the mashed banana/carrot and combine thoroughly. Stir the flour mixture into the banana/carrot mixture until just combined. Add oats.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 18-20 mins.
